PARTS LIST: 65.02.65/65.10.97 TOOLS REQUIRED:

1 – INTAKE PIPE 1 – HEAT SHIELD 1 – NEUSPEED FILTER 2 – SS WASHER 1 – T20 TOX 1 – FLAT BLADE SCREW DRIVER 1 – PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER

1 – SILICONE HOSE 2 – PHILIPS HEAD SCREWS M4x8mm 1 – HEX SCREW M6x10mm 1 – 4mm HEX KEY WRENCH 1 – SPRING CLAMP PLIERS 1 – 10MM WRENCH

1 – RUBBER ISOLATOR 1 – #40 CLAMP 1 – #44 CLAMP 1 – 24mm 12 POINT SOCKET

1. Remove the intake air duct: There are

two T20 Torx screws that attach duct to

the front core and a spring clamp at

hose connection to the air filter box

(engine cover).

2. Disconnect electrical connector at MAF

(Mass Air Flow) sensor and remove

sensor mounting screws (T20 Torx),

now pull out sensor.

3. Unclip and disconnect turbo intake hose

from air filter box.

4. There are four rubber grommet mounts

holding air filter box (engine cover) to

engine. Lift up one corner of air filter

box at a time to detach.

5. Remove turbo intake hose at turbo by

squeezing spring clamp with spring

clamp pliers. CAUTION: Do not let any

debris or objects fall into turbo inlet or

damage may occur.

6. Installing NEUSPEED heat shield: First

remove the (2) 10mm hex nuts located

on bottom side of factory heat shield

connecting the rear air filter box (engine

cover) mounts. Then using a 24mm 12

point socket, unscrew the mounts.

7. Install NEUSPEED heat shield using

original air filter box mounts with SS

washers supplied. Then reinstall 10mm

hex nuts on bottom side.

8. Install silicone hose onto turbo side of

NEUSPEED intake pipe and tighten with

#44 clamp supplied. NOTE: Screw

clamp should be rotated toward

passenger side of vehicle.
