INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PART LIST: 1 – CRANKSHAFT PULLEY 1 – POWER STEERING PUMP PULLEY

TOOLS REQ: 1 – Ratchet 1 – 15mm Wrench

1 – 10 mm Triple Square 1 – T25 Torx Driver

1 – 6mm Hex Driver 1 – Lug Wrench

1 – Torque Wrench

NOTE: DO NOT USE ANY TOOLS THAT MAY DAMAGE OUTER PULLEY GROOVES.

1. Park vehicle on a flat, level surface capable of

supporting the vehicle’s weight on a jack and

jack stands, loosen lug nuts (17mm hex) on right

front wheel. Using the manufacture’s

recommended lifting point(s), raise front of

vehicle and support with jack stands. NEVER

WORK ON A VEHICLE SUPPORTED ONLY

WITH A JACK! Remove right front wheel.

2. Remove lower engine cover and passenger

side plastic fender well liner using a T25 Torx

driver to access pulleys.

3. Using a 10mm Triple Square, loosen three (3)

bolts securing pulley to power steering pump but

do not remove.

4. Using a 6mm Hex Key wrench, loosen four (4)

bolts securing pulley to crankshaft

5. Mark direction of rotation on serpentine belt

with a felt tip marker. Release tension from belt

by using a 15mm wrench and pull forward.

Remove belt then slowly release tensioner.
