2.0L SUPERCHARGER HP PULLEY

ANY VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH NEUSPEED’s 2.0L SUPERCHARGER KIT

PART # 58.45.06.028

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PART LIST: 1 – 2.6” PULLEY 1 – 18mm NUT

TOOLS REQ: 1 – RATCHET 1 – PULLER SET

1 – 18mm SOCKET 1 – STRAP WRENCH

1. Release tension from belt and remove ribbed V-

belt from supercharger pulley.

2. Place strap wrench around pulley and remove M12

Nut (18mm Hex) securing pulley to supercharger

shaft.

3. Slide pulley off of shaft. If you are unable to

remove the pulley by hand, use a puller set. Do not

use a hammer or pry bar to remove the pulley, since

this will damage the puller and/or shaft and void your

supercharger’s warranty.

4. Align keyway of new pulley with key on shaft and

slide pulley into position. Install belt and tension to

25 ft-lbs.

5. Apply loc-tite (262 or 272) to threads and install

nut. Torque nut to 45 ft-lbs.
