PARTS LIST: 1 – TUBULAR ANTI-ROLL BAR TOOLS REQUIRED: 1 – RATCHET

1 – PKG. SILICONE GREASE 1 – M10 TRIPLE SQUARE (12 POINT) OR 8mm HEX KEY WRENCH

2 – POLYURETHANE BUSHINGS 1 – M6 TRIPLE SQUARE (12 POINT) OR 5mm HEX KEY WRENCH

1 – 16mm WRENCH

1. Park car on a flat and level surface

capable of supporting the vehicle’s

weight on jack and jack stands. Using

the manufacturer’s recommended

lifting point(s), raise rear of vehicle

and support with jack stands. NEVER

WORK ON A VEHICLE SUPPORTED

ONLY WITH A JACK!

2. Disconnect end-links from original anti-

roll bar by securing stud with M6 Triple

Square or 5mm hex key wrench and

loosening nut with 16mm wrench.

3. Remove four bushing clamp mounting

bolts using a M10 Triple Square or

8mm hex key wrench. Now remove

original anti-roll bar from vehicle.

NOTE: To access upper clamp bolts,

suspension must be compressed to

raise drive axel.

4. Apply silicone grease to the inside of

supplied bushings and install on the

inside of stop washer on NEUSPEED

anti-roll bar.

5. Install NEUSPEED anti-roll bar using

original clamps and bolts to sub-frame.

Torque bolts to 20Nm (15 ft-lbs).

6. Attach end-links to NEUSPEED anti-roll

bar using original nuts. Note: The

end-link to anti-roll bar bolt is easier to

install with suspension loaded. Torque

to 40Nm (30 ft-lbs). Forward hole is

softer setting; rearward hole is stiffer

setting (more oversteer).

7. Double check complete installation and

TEST DRIVE CAREFULLY!
